Ken's Holiday Irish Cream
Sweetened condensed milk | 300 mL | |
Irish whiskey | 300 mL | |
Whipping cream | 150 mL | |
Instant coffee | 1 Tbsp | |
Cocoa | 1 Tbsp | |
Honey | 2 Tbsp | |
Vanilla | 2 tsp | |
Almond extract (add to taste) | 1/2 to 1 tsp |
Instructions (just one!)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed, then transfer to a glass pitcher or jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, stir or shake before serving.
The recipe will stay fresh until the expiry date of the whipping cream.
