Ken’s Holiday Irish Cream

Ken's Holiday Irish Cream

Sweetened condensed milk 300 mL
Irish whiskey 300 mL
Whipping cream 150 mL
Instant coffee 1 Tbsp
Cocoa 1 Tbsp
Honey 2 Tbsp
Vanilla 2 tsp
Almond extract (add to taste) 1/2 to 1 tsp

Instructions (just one!) 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed, then transfer to a glass pitcher or jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, stir or shake before serving. 

The recipe will stay fresh until the expiry date of the whipping cream.
